Tess Chilson, FacilitiesNet/NFMT's 2026 Facility Champions Award Recipient

We are excited to share the news that Tess Chilson, Director of Environmental and Fleet Services, at Alliance For Empowerment, has been selected as one of FacilitiesNet/NFMT's 2026 Facility Champions Award recipients.

The award received more than 100 nominations from facility professionals across the country, with only eight individuals being chosen this year.

This recognition is especially meaningful as it reflects the work Tess has been able to accomplish at Alliance for Empowerment along with the collaboration of her Environmental and Fleet Services Team.
