While costs continue to rise beyond payment rates for care across the state, our network member, Able2 Enhancing Potential, continues to deliver exceptional residential, clinical, and community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the region.

Supporting Able2 through sponsoring their two main fundraisers in 2026 will not only have a direct impact on the people we support, but on the broader community in which we all work and live.

On Friday, June 12th, Able2 invites the public to join us at the Elmira Country Club for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, art, jazz and more! Art created by the individuals we support will be featured, while local jazz musicians entertain our guests. Your company name and logo will be showcased on signage and advertised through social media marketing. We hope you’ll also take advantage of complimentary tickets so you can enjoy the event, and we can thank you personally.

GUTS & GRIT 5k AND 1-MILER: This marks the 7th year for runners, walkers, rollers and strollers to bring their competitive spirit to Eldridge Park on Sunday, October 11th for a 5K run or 1-mile fun walk.

Your sponsorship will be displayed on our race tee shirts along with signage, social media marketing, and local news coverage.

The funding gaps for people with disabilities are growing. A few ways your sponsorship dollars can have a significant impact on people with disabilities, their families, and the staff who support them are:

  • Expand meaningful volunteer opportunities for the people we support, including meal delivery for seniors, libraries, and animal shelters.

  • Upkeep of Creekside Community Garden and provision of fresh produce for programs and distribution.

  • Replacement of critical safety equipment such as lifts, rolling shower chairs, adaptive beds and dining equipment, and smart home technologies that support safety and independence.

  • Provide Specialized training for frontline direct care staff in CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Management.

If you have been and Able2 Sponsor in the past, or are a yearly Sponsor,

thank you for your continued support!

If you are considering one of the Sponsorships Levels (marketing your business while giving back) please know that your dollars will have a very meaningful impact on a local level.

Able2 celebrated its 75th Anniversary in 2025 and continues to foster an inclusive environment while working to ensure that people with disabilities develop their talents, reach their goals, and become strong contributors to their community.
